It's something like what you used to call Hari Kantin but this time we have cooler stuff like throwing water balloons at ppl and stuff like that.
Sales for my class was slow... managed to get only 8 cups of coffee and 3 of those cups were bought by my own classmates! aih... what to do... our stall was STRAGICALLY placed behind Shau Fun's class's stall that sells...hmm... yes... coffee too... ICE BLENDED COFFEE to be exact... more gaya than ours.
Lucky our cookies and bookmarks sales pulled us up.
The guys in my class were kindda funny lar... they went around with a basket of cookies and came back with smiles... why? Hah... they giggle and said "I managed to sell a pack of cookies and I also managed to get a chic's phone number"... ar... how LAME<<<
After a long day, I was sick of smiling in front of ppl just to get them to look at the stuff that the class is selling. Just not me... too egoistic to BEG ppl to buy things from me... no, not even for CHARITY.
The only consolation I got was the free stuff that my class was selling... haha... enough presents to go around for ppl the whole year... let's see... 32 bookmarks, 1 notebook, 3 notepads, 3 year planners and a couple more of cards. Actually, I bought some and got the rest free at the end of the day. They are made of recycled paper... quite presentable. I know lar.. I'm very KIAM SIAP ( stingy ) lar... haha... who would resist free stuff?
In the evening I went driving with my papa... haha... he said he was nervous.
Alas... a little test drive with my "baby"
Aih... my dad drove us to KJ and I practiced in the housing area somewhere near a school
Dad says that my cornering sucks... too dangerous for his standard.
What to do... half the time during lessons I drive on STRAIGHT roads.. not my fault... =]
I guess I need a few more rounds to convince him and myself that I can drive my baby safely.
Haha... I think my worst fear should be the roundabouts lar... Damn cars coming everywhere OMIGOSH!!!
EEE... i guess dad will grip on the dashboard and will grab the steering wheel for me.
I hope that day wouldn't come.
